In the unlikely event you experience a quality issue with an item you've purchased from us, please email us and we will send you a return label and arrange to refund your purchase. You should contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, and return it to us within 30 days. 

If the item is damaged or faulty you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
